A WEEK AT THE RANCH
Annie has just conquered an unusual breast cancer, but finds most of life to be humorous. The difficulty is, that she keeps those around her laughing so much that, as Jake puts it, "Miss Annie, you keep this up and I might need surgery!" But, a surprise is waiting for Annie, and the reader.

My first novel, and the first in a series of ten books about Lillian and Russell. Whether or not she can overcome her fear of marrying again. Is she lovable even with illness. And laughing over Russell’s small difficulties in overcoming his lengthy bachelorhood. Then, the adventures flow from there, the two of them inevitably tied to eternities together.
A TANDA OF TANGOS
This story is between a novella and a novel in length and has more of my personal Church attitude in it, but represents a woman who is even overcoming her fear of men. The reason, a touchy subject for most writers, is in the novel. But all of the human spirit can dance the tango with a partner while envisioning Alex leading Maddy through the routine, perhaps even lightening the difficulties in the reality of One’s day. Through the help of an email buddy, Maddy loves many men, but one man mistakes her love of mankind for love of a different kind. The misunderstanding lands Maddy in jail. This book is currently available on this site as a series, but will be removed once the printed copy is available.
My Essays and Short Stories
In place of the essays currently on the site, I will be adding some short stories: some from the cowboy past in the early days of ranching in Eastern Idaho, some just thoughts that pass in the night. The writings more serious in style.
Comments are always welcome whether good or bad. Improvement is always possible. And, at my age, standing in still water isn't advisable. It's probably moving fast than I am!
